Our process can be a little different with each new client depending on their specific needs. But here's a general outline so you'll have an idea of what to expect.

First we'll listen and ask questions so that we understand your business and your goals. At the same time, we'll explain things – simply and clearly – and make sure all your questions have been answered.

Then we'll develop a proposal for you based on what will work best for your company. We go over the entire proposal with you so you'll have a clear understanding of the plan. Of course this is presented with absolutely no obligation to you. After you've had time to decide and feel comfortable with the plan, the development stage begins.

If it's been decided that you will provide the text, logo and images, we will need all of the content before we can begin. Most of the time because of our knowledge, we'll do the copy writing and help with photography, video, creating a logo or anything else that is essential to your website. But if you don't need something, we'll let you know.

If you need to register a domain name and secure a hosting account, we'll be glad to take care of that too. See! We make it easy for you. We'll stay in close contact with you and provide updates so you'll know about our progress.

Once a first rough draft is complete, we'll show it to you, get your input and revise the site based on your feedback.

The site is then registered with free search engines and listed in directories. Based on the marketing plan we develop, we may run one or more Pay-per-Click campaigns. We may create a business blog for increased hits or implement other technologies like click to talk to make it more convenient for customers to reach you.

Just because a website is online doesn't mean it’s a finished product! We make small changes, watch it carefully to boost its performance and make sure you’re getting new business.
